Deposits

To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable booking deposit is required for all services.Your deposit secures your appointment exclusively for you and will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your appointment.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Cancellations

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice should you need to cancel your appointment.This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client.Deposits are non-refundable.

Rebooking & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can sometimes change.Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.Your deposit may be transferred once to your new appointment date.

 

Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will require a new deposit.

No Shows & Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

 

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled or cancelled if it affects the remainder of the day’s bookings.Unfortunately, no-shows or missed appointments without notice will result in the loss of your deposit.Where a booking has been reserved for several hours, the full appointment fee may still be charged, as this time has been exclusively allocated to you.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

 

To ensure we achieve the highest standard of work, we kindly ask that clients who have not booked a Wash & Blow Dry service arrive with hair that is:

• Freshly washed
• Completely dry
• Thoroughly detangled

 

This allows your appointment to begin on time and ensures the best possible finish.

 

Hair Allure does not braid dirty, damp or heavily tangled hair.

 

If your hair requires washing, detangling or blow-drying before your service begins, this can only be accommodated if time allows and will be charged as an additional service.

Should there not be sufficient time available without affecting the next client, your appointment may be cancelled and the reserved appointment time will remain chargeable.
